Our Name The group operates 28 branches throughout Southern Africa having started in Kimberley, where operations jointly began with Cape Town under the Lloyd & Lloyd name in 1898, later to be known as Stewarts & Lloyds (South Africa) Limited in 1903. The name is still synonymous with excellent service and good quality products. Markets Serviced Major markets serviced include light and general engineering, mining, rural water, chemical, petro-chemical, automotive, agriculture, water reticulation, building and construction, fire protection and local authorities. In addition the group has a retail outlet at each branch operating under the Stockwell umbrella, a company that has been in existence for 21 years. This Cash and Carry business sells a range of steel, tube and industrial hardware including cutting and grinding discs, abrasives, paint, welding accessories and fasteners. Our People With people being the most important aspect of the business, Stewarts and Lloyds have realized the importance of motivating and retaining staff and as such have invested in training in a big way. In addition to product training, courses in management, external and internal sales, warehousing and financial are offered with all staff encouraged to attend. The ten spacious and comfortably, tastefully furnished suites that make up the private accommodation of Tarragona Lodge, all have either a balcony overlooking, or patio opening onto, the lush garden, pool and entertainment area. Each spacious unit is equipped with telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, satellite TV reception and built in safes. Tarragona Lodge does offer lunch or dinner by arrangement, and in addition Hout Bay and the environs are able to offer visitors a large selection of excellent eateries and restaurants to choose from, and our helpful staff will gladly recommend some choices.

Our Guest House consist of sixteen tastefully decorated rooms with satellite television, coffee and tea facilities, secure under cover parking, a private lounge, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and barbeque area. For the business people we are wifi enabled and have desk facilities in the rooms as well as conference facilities for up to 30 people. Our affordable rates include a traditional English breakfast in the restaurant, on the patio or by the pool side.

Valley Vista Lodge is a luxury Guest House situated in a leafy suburb of Pietermaritzburg South Africa. It is close to the CBD and has stunning views over the city. Whale Rock Lodge is a very comfortable, 4 star graded lodge with spacious en suite bedrooms. Eleven suites, each individually decorated and pamperingly appointed, a help-yourself bar in the fire-lit sitting room and a buffet breakfast in the sun room overlooking the pool, ensure a tranquil holiday. A full buffet breakfast is served overlooking the pool and colourful lush garden with its relaxing water feature. For dining out there is a wide choice of restaurants. Hermanus offers a well maintained golf course and an indigenous nature reserve for lovers of the outdoors.

We are only a stones throw away from the Indian Ocean and boast stunning sea views. We are positioned less than 100 metres from all amenities required including restaurants, a post office, banks with ATM's and a supermarket. The safe, golden beach of Port Edward is only a three minute stroll along a stunning coastal footpath, passing many superb fishing spots including Splash Rock. You can experience the splendour of the many top golf courses, including Southbroom and San Lameer as they are only 15 minute drive away. The Wild Coast Sun International, within its world class course and casino is only five minute drive from the guest house. We have eight gorgeous rooms, six double rooms and two master suites with king size bed, dressing room and large bathroom. Six rooms overlook the Indian Ocean and they all have full en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with TV's (M-Net), hairdryers, a selection of toiletries, hospitality trays and all linen and towels are provided. You will also find a guide to the surrounding area, helping you to enjoy the South Coast to its best. We also have the added benefit of a sparkling pool, braai (barbecue) area and fully licensed bar with a pool table and dartboard to make your stay an even more enjoyable one. Smoking is permitted in these areas but not in the rooms. On the first floor you will find a huge lounge where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view right up the coast. A delicious breakfast is included in the rate which consists of cereal, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juice, filter coffee as well as the full English with toast and preserves. Children are welcome, our family room has a king size bed and bunk beds and the pool is fenced off for safety purposes. We have 24 hour staff providing a friendly and safe environment for yourself, your family and your belongings.

Withycombe is on the Constantia Wine Route offering wine tasting together with several quality restaurants such as Uitsig, Buitenverwachting and we are close to 6 first class Golf Courses. Also within easy reach are the other attractions of the Cape Peninsula ranging from safe bathing on the pristine beaches of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans, diving, boating, sailing, horse riding, biking, penguin, shark and whale watching to mountain and forest walks, scenic drives and helicopter flights. Then there are also the historical homes, museums, a world class aquarium and of course the V & A Waterfront. The home offers a large guest lounge with French doors opening onto the salt-water pool patio. Here there is quiet, comfortable seating, and a fireplace. For the businessman the Library offers working space and facilities for fax and E-mail. An informal Bar , also opens onto the pool and outside entertainment area, where visitors can enjoy making a traditional South African "Braai" (BBQ). Further to the facilities around the north facing pool area there is a large thatched gazebo on the northwest side of the house. In total there is 250 square meters of paved outdoor entertainment area The breakfast room has French doors leading onto a sheltered patio and a cosy fireplace to warm winter mornings. Here a comprehensive English or Continental breakfast is served, comprising of fruit, yoghurt, a selection of cereals and breads with preserves, cheese and cold meat.
