Accommodation in the main house consists of two double bedrooms en-suite in colonial style with mosquito nets decorating the beds, and one standard with twin beds, also en-suite. A family size kitchen with pantry as well as guest toilet. There are three separate garden suites and one garden cottage with thatch ceilings, decorated in ethnic style with mosquito nets, and all are en-suite with the cottage being open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Both double rooms, garden suites and cottage have television. Main House Rooms: Garden Suites: Garden Cottage: The boma, next to the pool and pool bar, is the perfect place to get together for casual dinners and barbeques. This is the ideal point from which to explore Cape Town and the Western Cape surrounds, close to the city centre, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, golf courses, beaches, mountain walks, shopping centres and top restaurants. Half to three quarters of an hour's drive to Paarl, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Somerset West to do some serious wine tasting.

The guest house is situated in a fairly new suburb in Witbank. The city is famous for its mining activitiesin the surrounding areas. For travellers and holidaymakers it is a halfway stop to the Kruger National Park.The city has a huge dam that offers good fishing and boating.

The five tastefully decorated en-suite units are each equipped with a kitchenette for self-catering purposes, bar fridge, tea/coffee trays, ceiling fans, TV with M-Net and secure off-street parking. Included in our tariff is a hearty Continental and/or English Breakfast served daily between 07h00 and 09h00 in the dining room area. Guests can laze at the poolside or enjoy the host of attractions for holiday makers such as day trips to the famous Addo Elephant Park, Shamwari Game Reserve, the Port Elizabeth Oceanarium & Museum Complex, Apple Express narrow gauge steam train and others.

All bedrooms at the Hotel Osner are sea-facing and all have television and beverage making facilities. Rooms located on floors 6, 7 and 8 are equipped with air-conditioning. Top Floor rooms have their own bar areas. Wi-Fi internet is available (Vouchers can be purchased at reception)

You can take a walk in the bushsavannah with acacia trees, natural springs and streams and meet with Zebra, Blue Wildebeest, Blesbuck, Giraffes and various Antelopes. There are also numerous birds for bird lovers as well as butterflies and the flora and fauna with its rich assortment of flowers, bush and grasses is a pleasure for any nature lover. During the summer months from November to March the weather is warm up to 35 degrees Celsius with a cool breeze due to the altitude and thunderstorms also bring relief from the heat. During the winter months from June to September it hardly ever rains and temperature reaches 25 degrees Celsius during the day and at night between 5 and 15 degrees Celsius.

All rooms are tastefully decorated and are equipped with a DSTV bouquet, Air Conditioning, Heater, Electric Blankets, Coffee/Tea Making Facilities & en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have private entrances. Smoking is not allowed in rooms , dinning areas , our bathrooms or in any other common area. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas such as our bars, out side in the gardens or on our verandas. Lagoon Lodge is a double storey 3 star graded guest house with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 more downstairs all with beach house decor. The bedrooms are all en suite, spacious and very comfortable. Downstairs has a sun lounge and dining room while upstairs there is an entertainment area with an indoor barbeque (braai), television and a protected deck with stunning panoramic views of the lagoon. The Full English breakfasts are sumptuous and provide an energetic start to your activity-filled day in the sun. Indoor barbeque facilities are available to guests on request. Lunches and dinners can be catered for by prior arrangement. After a long day of enjoying the tourist attractions, relax on the deck enjoying sundowners while admiring the magnificent views of the Lagoon and surroundings.

Come and experience the beauty and tranquility of nature at the nearby waterhole, with a wide variety of game which includes Zebra, Wildebeest, Kudu, Impala, Ostrich, Duiker, Waterbuck, Giraffe, Jackal & Klipspringer. It is a popular sleepover for the sophisticated Businessman/woman, who does not wish to compromise on his/her lifestyle, with regards to accommodation and meals. The peace and tranquility, first class service and secure environment, is an added bonus. The Lookout is big on breakfasts, especially during the school holidays when it is an occasion for the whole family. Those with a hearty appetite will enjoy the Big Brekkie, which is indeed a breakfast fit for a King and guaranteed to start the day off on the right footing! Late risers who prefer to skip breakfast, have plenty of choice for an early lunch whether it be a light snack, pasta, fish, or a delicious salad such as Shrimp and Avo or the delectable Caesar Salad made with only the freshest ingredients. Seafood lovers are spoilt for choice with tender Calamari, superb wild coastal Oysters, and the famous Pint o Prawns to mention but a few fish dishes which are highly recommended.

ACCOMMODATION Accommodation is in individual air-conditioned lodges each with its own under cover parking, direct dial telephone, M-Net, DSTV, work desk, en-suite bath & shower facilities, & extra-length bed for maximum comfort. Lodges are arranged in circles with the verandas facing into an enclosed garden free from traffic and the view of over activities taking place at the venue. BREAKFAST Our comfortable and friendly breakfast room is conveniently situated in the main reception building where a full breakfast menu is available. RECEPTION We maintain a 24 hour reception service for your convenience where faxing and copying facilities are available.

We have 12 spacious and uniquely decorated bedrooms with en suite shower/or bath to choose from. All rooms have modern conveniences i.e. safes, computer links, hairdryers, mini-bars, TV with M-Net and Satellite TV, air-conditioning and some have fire-places. Extra luxuries include toiletries, pure cotton linen, gowns, pool towels and laundry services. Four of the rooms are equipped for self catering. Breakfast is served at the swimming pool or in the dining room! A snack menu is available throughout the day. Quality restaurants are within walking distance and golf-courses, hiking-trails, shopping malls and more white beaches are easily accessible. Horse-riding, scuba-diving, picnic-baskets and sunset cruises can be arranged for on request. Whale watching from our patio is possible between the months of August and November. Manor on the Bay Guesthouse offers the ideal setting for small weddings - up to 30 people seated. The garden, under the 2 big palm trees and overlooking the bay, offers a tranquil atmosphere for a garden ceremony. Kindly us to get your customised quote - different menu's to choose from. We'll also arrange a photographer, make-up artist and minister for private weddings. Please note that dancing is not permitted since Manor on the Bay is in a residential area. Manor on the Bay's air-conditioned conference venue (8 x 4.3 m, ceiling height 3.1m) can accommodate up to 22 people, seated in Board Room Style, and 25 people in Cinema Style. We are able to accommodate two groups in breakaway sessions. More groups can be accommodated if the weather permits, since our gardens offer an ideal place to brainstorm creative ideas.
