Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject. Experience: Appropriate and relevant experience of Creditors Maintenance. Experience of Bas and Logis. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Analytical thinking, planning and organisational skills. Knowledge of ESL, and EPS systems. Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook). Good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), National Treasury Regulations and Procurement and Finance related prescripts.
