Responsibilities: Act as the civil engineering authority for the plant, own the civil design basis, and sign as Pr Eng for the civil, geotechnical, hydrological and structural design. Manage surveys and studies (topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, hydrology and flood lines, pile pull-out testing) and turn the results into design parameters.
