Commercial Legal Counsel — Fintech & Cross-Border (Remote)

JUMO is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to own deals with banks, mobile operators, and funders, from term sheet to signature. You will draft and negotiate partnerships, funding structures, NDAs, MOUs, and supplier contracts, while building playbooks to speed future deals. You will work across borders, primarily in Africa/EMEA, ensuring regulatory alignment and advising on risk. Remote-first role based in South Africa, reporting to Head of Legal.
