Country HR Head, Renewable Energy (South Africa)

Energy Africa Recruitment's client, an Independent Power Producer, is looking for a Country HR Head to lead HR in South Africa from Johannesburg with travel to the Northern Cape. You report to the Country Manager locally and to the Africa HR Director. You will lead 1–2 direct and 2–3 indirect reports, overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, grievances and industrial relations, while aligning with SA labour law and HSSE policies.
