Requirements: Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field At least 35 years of general HR experience At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration Experience with payroll software (e.g., SimplePay, Sage VIP, or PaySpace) and Xero Experience within an accounting or audit practice is an advantage Thorough knowledge of the BCEA, LRA, EEA, COIDA, and the UIF Act
