Youll run a varied civil litigation caseload from first consultation to final outcome, including drafting pleadings and affidavits, preparing matters for trial, and appearing in court, arbitration and mediation where needed. You should be comfortable managing matters on your own, meeting tight deadlines and giving clients clear, commercially sound advice.
