Senior EDC Recoveries Portfolio Lead - Outsourced Vendors

Dante Personnel partners with a well-established law firm to recruit an experienced EDC Portfolio Manager who will own outsourced debt recovery portfolios and drive vendor performance. You will maximise recoveries, manage KPIs and SLAs with external agencies, analyse performance data, and ensure compliance with NCA, Debt Collectors Act and POPIA.
