Minimum educational qualification: Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Registration with a professional council: Grade 1: Registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Experience: None. Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognisable experience in nursing after registration as Staff Nurse with the SANC. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognisable experience in nursing after registration as Staff Nurse with the SANC. Inherent requirements of the job: Willing to rotate in other wards when required. Willingness to work night duty, weekends, public holidays and overtime. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of Nursing care processes. Ability to function in a team. Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbally.
