An appropriate 3-year National Diploma on NQF Level 6 (equivalent or higher qualification) in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field; A minimum of 1-year relevant experience in management accounting, budgeting, or a financial project management environment. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations; Management accounting principles (budgeting, monitoring and reporting); Government financial systems (e.g. BAS, LOGIS, SCOA); Applicable legislative, regulatory and governance frameworks; Financial analysis, data management and reporting methodologies.
