Can you add it to my existing Laravel project?

Yes, that is the usual case. We review the codebase first (Laravel 10+ required) and quote any upgrades separately.

Do I need a developer to maintain it?

Adding fields to existing resources is simple for any Laravel developer; we document each resource and can provide a care plan.

How does this compare to a custom React admin?

Filament is roughly a third of the cost and faster to change. Choose custom React only if the admin is itself a customer-facing product with unusual UI.
