APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATIVE GOVERNANCE FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS.
