PROVISION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF HAZARDOUS AND GENERAL INDUSTRIAL WASTE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES”) FOR TRANSNET SOC LTD (REG.
