PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR HIRING PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
Conditions: 1. Photo of the Truck/Plant must be attached. 2. Proof of Ownership/Letter of intent from plant hire company must be attached. 3. Photo of VALID licence disk must be attached. 4. Driver must have a VALID driver’s licence and a VALID PDP (copies of both documents must be attached). 5. Operators of the Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) must have valid proof of competency. 6. • Operators of graders must submit valid proof of competency 7. • Operators of lowbed trucks and trailers must submit valid proof of competency.
