FOR THE DESIGN, SUPPLY, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING OF A 50-100KW THERMAL WASTE TO ENERGY TEST FACILITY AT RESEARCH TESTING AND DEVELOPMENT (RT&D) FOR A CONTRACT PERIOD OF TWENTY- FOUR (24) MONTHS
