Conditions: Bidders who do not attend the compulsory briefing session will be automatically disqualified. Preference will be offered to bidders who reside in the Moqhaka Local Municipality area and have a valid BBBEE status level, certificate or sworn affidavit, in line with the municipality's Preferential Procurement Policy.
