Conditions: * Bidders need to download the documents themselves from E-tender, no documents will be issued to them *Bidders need to attend the compulsory tender briefing on 28 October 2026 at 11h00, doors will be locked at 11h15 thereafter no bidder will be allowed to enter the tender briefing venue *CIDB grading 4SF or higher is applicable
