Despite my wife's epilepsy documented in her records, the doctor made snide remarks about our joint presence at our daughter's appointment, implying we couldn't "book off from work." This insensitivity is appalling. Our daughter's health is our priority, yet we were made to feel guilty for fulfilling our parental responsibilities. I demand an immediate apology from Dr. CL Nel's management. No patient should endure such disdain. Until addressed, I can't recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate healthcare.
