Membership shall terminate upon a determination of the National Council made not less than five (5) days prior to the effective date of determination following a hearing before the National Council, notice of which shall be given by registered mail to the member at the last address shown for such member on the Society's books, together with a statement of the reasons for the proposed termination not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the said hearing, that such member's activities do not conform to the standards of conduct appropriate for Society members, including, but not limited to, the professional and ethical standards of, and all laws and regulations relating to, such member's respective profession or field.
