The programme is aimed at established manufacturers rather than ideas: you need at least two years of trading and a factory (or a lease on one). Black ownership and management of at least 51% is required.
Who qualifies
Manufacturing business trading for 2+ years; at least 51% black-owned and managed; registered and tax compliant; turnover within the small enterprise thresholds.
