The mission of the Compensation Fund is to provide efficient, quality, client-centric and accessible Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) services; sustain financial viability; and be an organisation that takes care of the needs of its staff to ensure effective service delivery. The Fund's strategic objectives are to provide effective and efficient client-orientated support services; and faster, reliable and accessible COID services by 2020.
