The Commission for Gender Equality (CGE) is an independent statutory body established in terms of Chapter 9 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 108 of 1996. The Strategic Economic Infrastructure Investment Programme (SEIIP) of the Gauteng Provincial Government makes provision for the establishment of an Industrial Development Zone (IDZ).
